Note: As of March 19, 2012, Mission Impossible has officially closed its doors and is no longer accepting donations or applications. Apply Online Before signing up for assistance, please read and understand the Mission Impossible application criteria via the link to your left. If you find yourself in need at this present time and wish to receive assistance from Mission Impossible, please fill out the following information regarding yourself (Applicant) and the company (Recipient) that you currently find yourself in debt to. Not all of the fields are required, but the more fields that are filled out, the better for us to manage our end. Note: If you have legal fees, or find yourself in need of legal assistance or a lawyer, please click here. The entire application form consists of 5 smaller sub-pages, which need to be completed. When you complete a page and continue to a subsequent page, you will have a chance to review your current information before proceeding. If you need to make changes, you will have an opportunity to do so at that time. Click the following link to continue.
Note: Filling out this form does not guarantee that you will receive assistance. Funds are distributed at the discretion of the Mission Impossible board members. Funding will only be considered for individuals living in the United States of America. We are currently not set up to help individuals outside of the U.S. Note: For this year, as in previous years, MI will mainly limit the acceptance of applications to those in the greater Tacoma, WA area and the greater Raleigh, NC area. |
